摘　　要：目的在临床前研究中,考察棉酚原料药的理化性质和稳定性。方法采用红外光谱图、薄层色谱法(IR、TLC)等方法进行理化鉴别,以相关评价指标为依据考察棉酚的稳定性。结果研究方法操作简便、灵敏度和准确度高、重复性好。结论棉酚对高热、光照、高湿均不稳定。Objective To investigate the physico - chemical property and stability of Gossypol. Methods IR and TLC methods were used to identify the characterization, and the stability was investigated on the base of correlated evaluation index. Results The method was convenient, sensitive, accurate and repeatable. Conclusion The stability test showed that Gossypol is unstable under the high fever, light and humidity.
