摘  要:目的建立金莲花药材的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,对不同来源的金莲花药材进行分析。方法色谱柱为ZorbaxSB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,检测波长200 nm,流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,记录色谱图50 min。采用直观分析和相似度软件评价金莲花药材质量。结果11批金莲花药材相似度较高,色谱峰强度是不同药材的主要差别,共有20个共有峰,其中两个主要共有特征色谱峰为荭草素-2''-O-β-L-半乳糖苷和荭草苷。结论所建立的指纹图谱分析方法特征性强,为金莲花药材的质量控制提供了依据。Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of Flos Trollii Chinensis and to evaluate quality of different Flos Trollii Chinensis samples. Methods A Zorbax SB -Cl8 (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 05% phosphoric acid with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 30℃, and the detection wavelength was 200 nm. The chromatograms were recorded in 50 rain. Visual analysis and the similarity evaluation system were used for samples analysis from diverse habitats. Results The chromatographic profiles of the samples collected from different regions were similar. The major difference resulted from intensity of chromatographic peaks. Twenty common peaks were found and two of them were recognized as orientin -2" -0 -β -L- galactopyranosyl and orientin. Conclusion The developed fingerprint method is of high individuality and specificity and can be applied for quality evaluation of Flos Trollii Chinensis.
