摘 要:目的观察白花丹参叶制剂对于人乳腺髓样癌细胞株BCaP-37生长的抑制作用。方法以体外培养的人乳腺癌细胞株BCaP-37为靶细胞,运用四氮唑盐法(MTT法)观察白花丹参叶制剂作用12h后对于人乳腺癌细胞株生长的影响。以流式细胞仪分析其对细胞周期和凋亡率的影响。结果MTT法结果显示,白花丹参叶制剂作用12h可抑制BCaP-37的生长,并呈剂量依赖性。流式细胞仪测定结果显示,随白花丹参叶制剂浓度的增加,凋亡峰越来越显著,说明白花丹参叶制剂可在一定程度上诱导细胞凋亡,并且凋亡率与浓度呈正相关;但对细胞周期无明显影响。结论白花丹参叶制剂可抑制体外培养的人乳腺癌细胞株BCaP-37增殖并促使癌细胞凋亡且呈一定的量效关系。Objective To explore the inhibition of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba leaf preparation on the proliferation of human breast carcinoma BCaP - 37 cells. Methods BCaP - 37 cells were cultivated with Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba leaf preparation for 12 hours. The effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba leaf preparation on the proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle of BCaP - 37 cells were observed using MTF method and flow cytometry. Results Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba leaf preparation could inhibit the growth of BCaP - 37 cells in dose - dependent manner. Flow cytometry analysis showed Salvia mihiorrhiza bge. f. alba leaf preparation has no effect on distribution of cell cycle but the apoptosis rate of cell was increased significantly with the increase of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba leaf preparation concentration. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f. alba leaf preparation can enhance the growth inhibition and apoptosis of human breast carcinoma BCaP - 37 cells in a concentration - dependent manner.
