摘 要:目的通过测定肺气虚证大鼠气管冲洗液、肺匀浆、血清中溶菌酶含量,为肺气虚证客观定量化诊断和深入研究肺气虚证本质提供依据。方法通过烟熏、铜绿假单胞菌感染,复制大鼠肺气虚证模型,分组检测其气管冲洗液、肺匀浆、血清中溶菌酶含量。结果模型组与对照组相比,气管冲洗液、肺匀浆中溶菌酶含量显著下降。结论肺气虚证大鼠,气管冲洗液、肺匀浆中溶菌酶含量变化可作为肺气虚证重要的客观指标之一。Objective To determine lysozyme content in tracheal washes, pulmonary tissue and serum of rat model with lung "Qi" Deficiency syndrome, so to provide a basis for objective and quantitative diagnosis and further studies of the syndrome. Methods The rat model of Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome was induced by smoking and Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection and the content of lysozyme in tracheal washes, pulmonary tissue and serum in all groups were examined. Results Compared with control group, the content of lysozyme in racheal washes, pulmonary tissue was decreased significantly. Conclusion The change of lysozyme content in racheal washes, pulmonary tissue in the rat model can be used as an important and objective indicator of lung "Qi" deficiency syndrome.
