赤雹根水提取物对人白血病细胞K562的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的观察赤雹根水提取物对人白血病细胞K562的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法和细胞形态学观察的方法,观察不同浓度赤雹根水提取物对人白血病细胞K562的抑制作用。结果赤雹根水提物对人白血病细胞K562的增殖有剂量依赖性的抑制作用,其中浓度1,0.5,0.25,0.125,0.062 5 mg/ml的赤雹根水提物对人白血病细胞K562的抑制率分别为85.61%,69.78%,37.98%,32.09%,15.68%。结论赤雹根水提物在体外对人白血病细胞K562的增殖有显著的抑制作用。Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Water extract from the roots of Thladiantha dubia on the human leukemic cell K562 in vitro. Methods Morphological and MTr assays in vitro were used to explore the inhibitory effect of the water extract of the Thladiantha dubia Bunge roots on the human leukemic cell K562. Results The water extract of the Thladiantha Dubia Bunge roots of different concentrations could obviously inhibit the growth of the human leukemic cell K562, and the inhibition ratio of the water extract of the Thladiantha dubia Bunge roots at the concentrations of 1,0.5,0.25,0. 125,0. 062 5 mg/ml was 85.61% ,69.78% ,37.98% ,32.09% and 15.68% respectively. Conclusion The water extract of the Thladiantha Dubia Bunge roots has obvious inhibitory effect.
