关于黄芪、丹参注射液抗四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤作用的商榷

摘　　要：目的研究黄芪、丹参注射液及复方芪参注射液抗CCl4致小鼠肝损伤作用。方法采用四氯化碳诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型,从整体水平上观察复方芪参注射液抗CCl4致小鼠肝损伤作用。结果复方芪参注射液及阳性药组(市售丹参注射液、黄芪注射液及两者配伍)对CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤无显著保护作用。结论黄芪、丹参注射液对CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用,值得商榷。Objective To investigate the protective effect of compound Huangqi and Danshen injection on CCl4 - induced liver injury in mice. Methods Overall observation on the protective effect of compound Huangqi and Danshen injection on liver injury was made by establishing CCl4 - induced acute liver injury model in mice. Results Compound Huangqi and Danshen injection and positive control group had no significant protective effect against CCl4 - induced acute liver injury. Conclusion It is still questionable to use Huangqi and Danshen injection as anti - hepatic injury agent in the CCl4 - induced acute liver injury model in mice.
