试论系统工程的中国学派与钱学森院士的贡献

摘　　要：系统工程在中国是学术界与领导人的共同语言。30多年来,得到了以钱学森院士为代表的学术界和从中央到地方的各级领导人两方面的积极支持和大力推动。系统工程与改革开放共生共荣,与时俱进。系统工程的中国学派已经形成,这是钱学森院士为代表的一大批学者的贡献。系统工程的中国学派就是钱学森学派。文章概括了系统工程中国学派的9个特点,提出了7点建议。Systems engineering is the common language of academia and leaders in China. For thirty years, it has gained positive support and great promotion from both academia represented by academician Qian Xuesen and leaders from of all levels from the centre to local regions. Systems engineering co-exists and co-prospers with the reform and opening in China. The Chinese school of systems engineering has already come into being, which is the outstanding contribution made by a number of scholars represented by Academician Dr. Qian Xuesen, so the Chinese school of systems engineering has been refcred to as Dr. Qian＇s School. The paper sums up its nine characteristics and puts forward seven suggestions.
