摘　　要：基于影响因子的学术期刊学术影响力评价,本质上是以引文数据为基础的,因此得到学术界和期刊界的普遍认同。文章从基于影响因子评价的意义和特点、基于影响因子评价的缺失、基于影响因子评价的认识三个层面,以相关理论和具体数据进行了讨论,并对《广东工业大学学报(社会科学版)》的个案做了分析。Academic journals＇ academic impact evaluation based on the impact factors, in essence, is conducted according to citation data. Therefore, the academic and publishing circles have generally recognized it. The article, with the help of relevant theory and the specific data, discusses the three levels like the significance and characteristics, the lack and the cognition of the evaluation based on the impact factors impact factors, and makes a case study of Journal of Guangdong University of Technology - Social Sciences Edition.
