论毛泽东正确处理人民内部矛盾理论的理论价值——基于构建社会主义和谐社会的探究

摘　　要：正确处理人民内部矛盾问题,既是一个理论问题又是一个实践问题。毛泽东根据社会主义制度确立以后的社会现实,创造性地提出了正确处理人民内部矛盾的理论。当前,在我国剥削阶级作为一个阶级已经被消灭,工人、农民、知识分子以及其他一切社会主义的劳动者、拥护社会主义的爱国者和拥护祖国统一的爱国者都属于人民的范围。2009年3月在十一届全国人大二次会议上,国务院总理温家宝做的政府工作报告中对2009年的工作进行部署,指出今年政府工作,必须把握好"民生、和谐"的原则。"越是困难的时候,越要关注民生,越要促进社会和谐稳定。"然而在社会主义现代化建设中,人民内部矛盾也出现了前所未有的复杂局面,社会和谐发展的重要性日益凸显,因此必须正确处理好人民内部矛盾。毛泽东的正确处理人民内部矛盾的理论为构建和谐社会的伟大实践提供了理论借鉴。Handling contradictions among the people correctly is not only a theoretical issue but also a practical issue. According to the social reality after the establishment of the socialist system, Mao Tse - tung creatively puts forward the correct theory of handling contradictions among the people. At present, the exploiting classes in our country has been eliminated as a class,workers, peasants, intellectuals and all other socialist workers and patriots who support socialism and all patriots who support the reunification of the motherland belong to the people range. In March 2009 at the Second Session of the Eleventh National People＇s Congress, in the government work report of Premier Wen Jiabao made in the work of the 2009 deployment,he pointed out this year＇s government work,we must grasp the ＂people＇s livelihood,and harmony＂ principle,＂ the more difficult times,the more we pay attention to people＇s livelihood,the more we want to promote social harmony and stability. ＂ However,during the socialist modernization construction, Contradictions among the people there have showed unprecedentedly complicated situation,the importance of harmonious development of society has become increasingly prominent ; we must correctly handle contradictions among the people. Mao Tse - tung＇s theory of correct handling of contradictions among the people provides a theoretical reference for the great practice of building a harmonious society.
