摘　　要：Telecine意为将电影片源转换为数字视频信号的设备、过程和技术.文章对Telecine过程中帧速率变换这一重要技术的原理和应用特点作了重点阐述。同时对在支持逐行扫描的DVD,数字平板电视及高端投影仪中广泛采用的倍线器的反Telecine变换技术的原理和应用作了介绍。Telecine is the process of converting a source cine film into digital video signal including relevant equipment and technologies used in this process. This paper mainly expounds the principle and method used for solving the problems induced by the differences of frame rate between film and television. The paper elucidates also the multiplier widely used in progressive scanning DVD, digital plane TV and high-end projector, and the principle and application of inverse teleeine.
