疏肝健脾活血利水法治疗晚期血吸虫病腹水型的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健脾活血利水法治疗晚期血吸虫病腹水型的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组。中西医结合治疗组:42例,以疏肝健脾活血利水法组成的疏肝健脾活血利水汤内服,同时配合西医常规治疗;对照组38例,以西医常规治疗。主要观察临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能等指标变化情况。结果:显效率、总有效率中西医结合治疗组分别为:66.67%、92.86%,对照组分别为:60.53%、81.58%。两组比较,差异有统计学性意义(P<0.01)。治疗后白蛋白、总胆红素、ALT等指标两组均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。中西医结合治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:疏肝健脾活血利水法配合西医治疗晚期血吸虫病腹水型疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuganjianpi Huoxuelishui Therapy in the treatment of advanced schistosomiasis （ascites type）. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group： 42 cases.Treated by Shuganjianpi Huoxuelishui decoction combined with conventional western medical treatment; the control group, 38 cases with conventional western medical treatment. Main clinical efficacy and changes of liver function before and after treatment were observed. Results： The markedly effective rate,total effective rates of：integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group were： 66.67% ,92.86%,that of control group were： 60.53% ,81.58% ; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After treatment,the improvements of albumin. Total bilirubin, ALT and other indicators were more marked in the integrated TCM and conventional medicine therapy group,the difference was significant or very significant （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shuganjianpi Huoxuelishui therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of advanced schistosomiasis ascites were satisfactory.
