新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱组分特征。方法选择60例新诊断T2DM患者(T2DM组)和55例健康对照者(对照组),用高效气相色谱法测定并比较两组受检者的血清磷脂脂肪酸谱组分。结果新诊断T2DM组患者的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)总量较对照组显著升高〔(48.79±1.55)%与(42.58±1.96)%〕,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)总量较对照组显著降低〔(10.72±1.53)%与(12.09±1.32)%〕,多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)亦较对照组显著降低〔(39.49±1.88)%与(45.33±1.96)%〕,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新诊断T2DM患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与健康者不同,前者SFA总量高于健康者,而MUFA、PUFA总量低于健康者。Objective To analyze the features of serum phospholipid fatty spectrum in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods Totally 60 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM,and 55 normal people as controls were enrolled.High performance gas chromatography was used to determine the levels of serum phospholipid fatty acid profile,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of saturated fatty acids（SFA）were significantly higher in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus group than those in normal control group [（48.79±1.55）% vs（42.58±1.96）%,P0.01].But the levels of monounsaturated fatty acids（MUFA）were lower in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus group than those in normal control group[（10.72±1.53）% vs（12.09±1.32）%,P0.01],and the levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids（PUFA）were lower in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus group than those in normal control group [（39.49±1.88）% vs（45.33±1.96）%,P0.01].Conclusion Serum phospholipid fatty acid spectrum is different in patients with newly diagnosed T2DM from that in normal people.The total SFA is higher in the former than in the latter,but the total MUFA and PUFA are lower in the former than in the latter.
