矫正鼻腔中部异常结构对慢性鼻炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对比鼻腔中部异常结构矫正术与微波治疗慢性鼻炎的临床效果。方法将55例鼻中部解剖结构变异及黏膜病变的慢性鼻炎患者按手术意愿分为两组:治疗组31例,采用鼻腔中部异常结构矫正术治疗;对照组24例,采用微波治疗。在术后不同时间点进行疗效评定。结果治疗组术后1、3、6、12个月时的有效率分别为45.16%、80.65%、93.55%、96.77%;对照组术后1、3、6、12个月时的有效率分别为91.67%、87.50%、45.83%、33.33%。术后1个月时对照组有效率显著高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月时两组有效率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6、12个月时治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻腔中部异常结构矫正术能有效改善慢性鼻炎患者的临床症状,且远期效果好。Objective To compare the curative effects of correcting lesion at middle nasal cavity and microwave therapy for improving nasal respiration in patients with chronic rhinitis.Methods Fifty-five chronic rhinitis patients with abnormal structure and mucus lesion were divided into two groups,The patients in the trial group（n=31）received correction of lesion at middle nasal cavity.The patients in the control group were treated by microwave.The curative effects at different time points after operation were evaluated.Results The efficacy rates 1,3,6,12 months after treatment were 45.16%,80.65%,93.55%,96.77% respectively in the trial group,and 91.67%,87.50%,45.83%,33.33% respectively in the control group.The efficacy rate one month after treatment in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）;the rates 3 months after operation showed no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;however the rates 6 and 12 months after operation in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The correcting lesion at middle nasal cavity can effectively relieve clinical symptoms of patients with chronic rhinitis,and its remote effect is good.
