腰椎间盘突出症经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选择60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗,观察近期疗效。结果临床近期疗效有效率为95%(57/60),术后近期无明显并发症。结论经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有操作简便、安全,疗效好的优点。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment for lumbar disc herniation with low - temperature plasma radio frequency ablation. Methods 60 patients with central lumbar disc herniation were chosen for clinical application. All of the patients were treated by percutaneous low - temperature plasma radio frequency ablation. Near effects were observed for clinical treatment. Results The clinical results of excellent and efficient rates were 95%. There were no any complica- tion after operation. Conclusion The percutaneous low - temperature plasma radio frequency ablation treatment for lumbar disc herniation is easy operation safe, good efficiency.
