摘  要:[目的]对人参茎叶皂苷酶降解物中稀有人参皂苷Compoud k的含量进行测定。[方法]采用反向高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定人参皂苷Compoud k的含量。采用大连江申Nuclecosil C 18柱(46 mm i.d.×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为203 nm。[结果]人参皂苷Compoud k的进样量在0.8~40.0μg时有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=31 613x+55 584.5,R^2=0.999 8;平均加标回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.40%。[结论]该方法简便快捷,准确度高,酶降解人参皂苷Compoud k的方法转化率高。[Objective]To determine the ginsenoside Compoud k content in the enzymolysis production of saponins from ginseng stem and leaf.[Method]The RP-HPLC was used to determine of ginsenoside Compoud k content,the separation was performed on Nuclecosil(46 mm id×150 mm),acetonitrile and water as mobile phase with the rate of 1.0 ml/min at 25℃,the determination wavelength was 203 nm.[Result] The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.8 -40.0μg for ginsenoside Compoud k,the linear equation was y = 31 613x +55 584.5 (R^2 =0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.6%(RSD = 1.40%).[Conclusion]This method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible, and the transform ratio of ginsenoside Compoud k is high by the enzymatic degradation method.
