摘  要:[目的]研究沼泽红假单胞菌对猪厂污水的生物净化作用。[方法]从猪场污水沟的活性底泥中分离具有高活性净水能力的光合细菌,并进行生化及分子鉴定,最后测试其对猪厂污水的净化能力。[结果]分离得到的菌株EM01经鉴定为沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonaspalustris),其对猪厂污水中COD、氨态氮和亚硝酸盐10 d的去除率分别达到42.5%、63.5%和54.3%。[结论]该菌株用于污染水体的净化是可行的,但能否大规模应用还需要进一步的污水塘试验研究。[Objective]The research aimed to study the biodegradation effects of Rhodopseudomonas palustris on the sewage from pig farm. [Method]Rapidly growing photosynthetic bacteria had been isolated from the sludge of one pig farm and was identified with biochemical and molecular methods.Then the purification abilities on the sewage from pig farm were tested.[Result]Strain EM01 isolated was identified as Rhodopseudomonas palustris.And its removal rate on COD,ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in the sewage for 10 d reached 42.5%,63.5%and 54.3%,respectively.[Conclusion]This study showed that it was feasible for EM01 to purify pollution water.But the cosmically application still needs further study on sewage pond experiments.
