摘　　要：[目的]研究施用干牛粪和菜籽饼对烟叶产量、质量的影响,确定烟叶生产中施用有机肥的种类,进而改善烟叶内在品质。[方法]以未施用有机肥为对照,检测和评价烟草植株的植物学性状、田间抗病性,以及烤后烟叶的外观质量、化学成分和感官质量3项指标。[结果]增施牛粪和饼肥能够显著促进烟株生长发育,提高烤烟产量和经济效益;施用干牛粪和菜籽饼的烟叶外观质量明显好于未施用有机肥的情形。[结论]增施牛粪有利于烟叶内在化学成分的协调,对改善烟叶的内在品质有一定作用。[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of applying dry cow dung and rapeseed cake on yield and quality of tobacco leaf,and determine the types of organic fertilizer applied in the production of tobacco leaf,in order to improve the inner quality of tobacco leaf.[Method] The botanical characters and field resistance of tobacco plants,as well as appearance quality,chemical components and sensory quality of cured tobacco were inspected and evaluated,and plants without organic fertilizer were taken as the contrast.[Result]The increase of applying cow dung and rapeseed cake could significantly promote the growth of tobacco plant,and increase the yield and economic benefit of cured tobacco. Appearance quality of tobacco leaf of applying dry cow dung and rapeseed cake was superior to the status of not applying organic fertilizer. [Conclusion]The increase of applying cow dung was beneficial to the coordination of inner chemical components of tobacco leaf,which played a role in improving the inner quality of tobacco leaf.
