摘 要:[目的]对楸树优良家系的苗期选择进行研究。[方法]采集楸树种子,通过楸树家系苗期选择,培育优良家系苗木;营建家系子代测定林,采用完全随机区组设计,观测调查楸树生长量,进行方差分析和差异显著性检验;采用指数选择法进行综合选择。[结果]苗期选择筛选出76个参试楸树家系优株;参试楸树家系苗高达显著差异,地径达极显著差异;采用指数选择法初选26个家系,其中,有3个单株表现出明显的生长优势,经无性测定,可望形成楸树新无性系。[结论]为选择楸树优良基因型提供了可能,为楸树家系选择奠定了基础。[Objective]The research aimed to study the seedling selection of superior familes of Catalpa bungei.[Method]Catalpa bungei seeds were collected,and the seedling selection was used to breed its superior familes of.The complete randomized block design was used to construct families progeny test plantation.The amount of growth of Catalpa bungei was observed,then was analyzed by ANOVA and significant difference test.The index selection method was used to make the comprehensive selection.[Result]76 tested families of Catalpa bungei were screened out by seedling selection,and they had significant difference in seedling height,most significant difference in ground diameter.26 families of Catalpa bungei were primarily selected by index selection method.Thereinto,3 plants showed obvious growth advantage,could form the new Catalpa bungei clones through clonal identification.[Conclusion]The study makes it possible to select superior genotypes of Catalpa bungei,and provide tha basis for its families selection.
