摘 要:[目的]研究NaCl胁迫对玉米种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以玉米品种农大108种子为材料,研究8种NaCl浓度胁迫对玉米种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。[结果]玉米种子在NaCl胁迫下发芽率,幼苗的苗高、苗重、根数、根长、根重等均随NaCl浓度的增加而下降。其中幼苗的苗高和根长对NaCl胁迫反应最敏感,根数与根重对NaCl胁迫有一定的耐受性。[结论]作物的不同部位对NaCl胁迫的反应不尽相同。[Objective]The effect of the NaCl stresses on maize seed germination and seedling growth was studied.[Method]Maize varietyNongda No.108 being taken as the experimental material,the eight concentrations of NaCl affecting maize seed germination and seedling growth was experimented.[Results]The germination rate,the height and weight of seedling,the number,length and weight of root of maize were significant downward trend as the NaCl concentration increasing.The reaction of the height of plant and the length of root of maize seedling were most sensitive to the NaCl stress and the tolerance of maize seedling in number and weight of root to NaCl stress was strong.[Conclusion]The reaction of the different positions of maize to NaCl stress varied.
