摘  要:[目的]研究鸡冠滇丁香种子萌发的最适条件。[方法]通过设置不同浓度的赤霉素预处理、温度、基质及光照条件,对其萌发特性进行研究。[结果]经浓度为100mg/L赤霉素预处理液浸种6h后,与对照相比鸡冠滇丁香种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均显著提高,发芽起始天数亦显著缩短。在15℃条件下其发芽率最高,但在实践操作中宜控制在25℃。以草炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石按体积比2:1:1的混合基质对种子的萌发效果最佳,但应注意苗期追肥。光照并非鸡冠滇丁香种子萌发的决定因素,在实践操作中宜采用双层50%的遮光网遮阴,以免强光照导致种子脱水。[结论]鸡冠滇丁香种子萌发最适的赤霉素浓度为100mg/L,最适温度为25℃,最适基质为草炭土、珍珠岩、蛭石按体积比2:1:1的混合基质,最适光照条件为露地搭双层50%的遮光网。[Objective]The aim was to study the optimum condition for seed germination of Luculia yunnanensis.[Method]Characteristics of its seed germination were studied by setting different conditions such as GA3 pretreatment,temperature,substrate and luminance.[Result]By soaking in GA3 solution with the concentration of 100 mg/L for 6 h,seed germination rate,germination enorgy and germination index were remarkably improved.Seed germination rate arrived at its apex when the temperature was 15 ℃.However,25 ℃ should be more suitable if it was applied to practical operation.The mixture of peat soil,perlite and vermiculite(2:1:1 ratio by volume) was the best substrate for seed germination,and seedlings should be fertilized timely after the course of seed germination accomplished.Luminance was not the determinant factor for seed germination of L.yunnanensis,whereas it came to practical operation,double layers of shading net with 50% shading rate should be adopted in order to avoid seed dehydration caused by intense luminance.[Conclusion]The optimum concentration of GA3,temperature,substrate and luminance for seed germination were 100 mg/L,25 ℃,mixture of peat soil,perlite and vermiculite(2:1:1 ratio by volume) and double layers of shading net with 50% shading rate in the open air.
