摘 要:[目的]研究大蓟中总黄酮的超声提取技术,并优选其提取工艺。[方法]用超声提取技术,研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比4个单因素对大蓟总黄酮提取的影响,并在单因素研究的基础上进行正交试验,确立最佳的提取条件。[结果]大蓟中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为以70%乙醇作为提取剂,在40℃条件下以料液比1:20,超声提取30min。优化条件下提取的大蓟总黄酮总得率为8.82mg/g。[结论]超声波提取法是一种理想的提取大蓟总黄酮的方法。[Objective]The research aimed to study the ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavonoids from Cirsium japonicum DC.and optimize its extraction process.[Method]The effects of ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,and the material-liquid ratio on the extraction of total flavonoids from C.japonicum were studied by using ultrasonic extraction technology.The best extraction conditions for flavonoids extraction were confirmed by using orthogonal experiment and single factor test.[Result]The best extraction conditions were as follows:70% ethanol as the extractant,extracting at 40 ℃ for 30 min,material-liquid ratio of 1:20.Under the optimized conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids from C.japonicum was 8.82 mg/g.[Conclusion]Ultrasonic extraction method was a ideal extraction method of total flavonoids from C.japonicum.
