摘　　要：在农村和城市的推拉力的作用下,中国农民工呈现"候鸟式"流动就业模式。农民工的这种"候鸟式"流动就业模式,是在中国城市化和现代化进程中所特有的现象,不同于西方国家的农村劳动力转移模式,这种"候鸟式"流动对中国农村经济带来一系列重要的、深刻的影响。Under the push-pull between rural areas and urban areas,migrant workers in China present ＂migratory birds style＂ flow employment pattern.＂Migratory birds style＂flow employment of migrant workers is unique phenomenon in China＇s urbanization and modernization process.It＇s different from the rural labor force transfer mode of western countries and it will bring about a series of important and profound impacts on China＇s rural economy.
