摘　　要：介绍了国内地理标志产品保护制度的概况,分析了中国枣类地理标志产品的保护现状,探讨了枣类地理标志产品保护中存在的问题和相应的解决办法,提出了实施地理标志产品保护的意义,即有利于推动地方经济的发展、保护消费者的利益、促使枣产品进入国际市场、推动枣产品的产业化经营。The situation of domestic protection system of geographical indication was introduced.The protection status of jujube products with geographical indication in China was analyzed.Also,the problems and solutions in the protection were discussed.Significance of carrying out the protection system of geographical indication products were put forward,i.e.it was favorable for pushing the development of regional economy,protecting the benefit of customers,prompting jujube products to enter the international market and promoting the industrialized operation of jujube products.
