摘  要:[目的]研究水分胁迫对桂花幼苗生长性状和几个生理指标的影响。[方法]在盆栽条件下,设置5个水分胁迫梯度(分别为土壤田间持水量的10%、20%、40%、60%、80%)进行试验。[结果]桂花在各处理环境下的苗高生长情况和地茎生长情况及叶片叶绿素含量和根系活力情况均表现依次为:60%田间持水量>40%田间持水量>20%田间持水量>80%田间持水量>10%田间持水量,脯氨酸含量表现为:10%田间持水量>20%田间持水量>80%田间持水量>40%田间持水量>60%田间持水量。[结论]桂花苗木对土壤水分环境具有一定的适应范围。[Objective]The study aimed to research the effects of water stress on the seedling growth properties and several physiological indexes of Osmanthus fragrans(Thunb.) Lour..[Method]5 moisture contents gradients separately(field capacity 10%,20%,40%,60%,80%) were designed to carry out the experiment in the pot.[Result]The results showed that the height of seedling,the diameter ground of seedling,the chlorophyll content of the leaves and the root vigour of the seedling of Osmanthus fragrans(Thunb.) Lour.in different environment were all in the order of field capacity 60% field capacity 40% field capacity 20% field capacity 80% field capacity 10%,the free Proline conten of the leaves was in the order of field capacity 10% field capacity 20% field capacity 80% fieldcapacity 40% field capacity 60%.[Conclusion]The seedling of Osmanthus fragrans(Thunb.) Lour.adapts to the soil moisture environment in a certain extent.
