摘 要:利用GIS技术,以四川省内江市为例,构建数字高程模型(DEM),并依据土地利用空间布局、坡度和坡向,结合海拔高度、土壤质地、土体构型、农用等、利用等等生态因子对区域进行生态适宜性与敏感性分析评价。参照区域适宜性和敏感性综合评价结果,综合人口、生产力布局的特征,借鉴景观格局整体优化的方法,将内江市划分为优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区4个主体功能区,并针对各功能区的特点指出了相应的发展方向及优化调控措施,为低山丘陵区进行土地利用格局优化调控提供依据,也为城市土地利用规划的编制与实施提供参考。Taking Neijiang City of Sichuan as a case,digital elevation model(DEM) was constructed by using GIS technology.Based on the spatial pattern of land use,slope gradient and direction,combined with the altitude,soil texture,agricultural land grade,and land use grade,soil body configuration and other eco-factors,the eco-suitability and sensitivity of the regions were analyzed.Based on the evaluation results,integrating the characteristics of population and distribution of productive forces,referring to the method of landscape pattern optimization,Neijiang City was divided into optimizing development zone,key development,limited development zone and prohibited development zone.In the end,the development direction and optimization and control measures were proposed according to the characteristics of each functional zone.The research provided basis for the optimization and regulation of land use pattern in low-mountain and hilly areas and references for compiling and implementing urban land use planning.
