基于WebGIS的江苏省外来森林病虫害基础信息网络平台的开发

摘　　要：采用目前主流的网络开发技术——ASP.NET,借助国际上流行的开放式GIS函数库——MapServer以及数据库系统SQL Server 2005,开发出基于WebGIS的具有病虫害信息查询、潜在生境空间分析、病虫害疫情上报、发生点地图标注等交互式功能的江苏省外来森林病虫害基础信息网络平台。研究表明,利用开放式地图发布工具MapServer开发的基础信息网络平台,极大地降低了系统开发的成本,从而为外来森林病虫害防治工作开辟出一条经济适用的道路。Using mainstream web development technology of ASP.NET,based on open GIS function library Mapserver and database SQL Server which is 2005 popular in the world,the infrastructure network platform for alien forest diseases and pests in Jiangsu province based on WenGIS was developed,with the interactive functions of information querying,spatial analysis of potential habitat,uploading of epidemic information,labeling of occurrence sites on map,etc.The research showed that it was cost-effective to build infrastructure information network platform based on open map distribution tool Mapserver and thus a practical approach for the control of alien forest diseases and pests was provided.
