摘　　要：本文分别对1997～2005年日本在华各地区及全国范围内合资企业的投资动机进行了实证研究,试图找出市场规模、劳动力成本、社会科技水平和社会基础设施状况对我国吸引日本在华设立合资企业的影响,及其在我国各地区之间的差异。通过分析,在全国范围内我们发现一个有趣的结论:劳动力成本对日本在华合资企业投资有显著正相关性;在各区域上我们发现:在不同区域,吸引日本在华公平竞争投资的动机也各不相同。This empirical study approached to investment motives of Japanese Sino-foreign Joint Ventures in Chinese different areas and the whole China. We tried to find out the effects of the market scale, the labor cost level, the R＆D and the society basic establishment on attracting investment of Japanese Sino-foreign Joint Ventures. We found an interesting result： the labor cost level made an active function in attracting investment of Japanese Sinoforeign Joint Ventures in whole of china. We also found the attracting factors were different in different areas.
