摘　　要：半固态铸造技术以其高效、节能、近终化成形以及成形件性能优异等诸多特点,在汽车、计算机、通讯电子、航空航天等尖端领域具有广阔的应用前景,逐渐获得广泛关注。介绍了半固态铸造技术的工艺原理、工艺特点、半固态合金的制备、半固态合金的成形方法以及半固态铸造技术的工业化应用,最后对半固态铸造技术的长远发展作了展望。As the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,near net-shaped processing and high quality products ,semi-solid metal casting technology has broad application prospect in most advanced fields such as the automobile ,computer,communication,electron and aerospace ,and gains extensive at- tentions. A t the present research, the process principle ,process characteristic, the preparation and forming methods of semi-solid alloy, and the industrial application of semi-solid casting technology are introduced. A t last,the long-term development of semi-solid metal casting technology is prospected.
