摘 要:针对螺旋压砖机进行了数控伺服驱动系统的设计。在分析压砖机现状和伺服技术应用现状的基础上,提出了用开关磁阻数控伺服电机驱动螺旋压砖机的结构方案和控制方法,以电机呈双峰三角形功率输出为依据,说明了数控伺服驱动系统的设计计算公式,并给出了(2.5~80)MN规格的数控伺服螺旋压砖机的驱动系统的设计数据。试验和应用表明,该设计方法对设备生产制造和运行控制起关键作用。NC servo driving system of screw presses for pressing brick was designed. Based on the actuality analysis of screw presses for pressing brick and the servo technology in application,the structure scheme and control method were proposed for screw presses for pressing brick driven by NC servo switched reluctance motor. According to the motor power output in double- apices triangle ,the design and calculate formula of the driving system was explained. The design data for (2.5-80)MN scales of driving system of NC servo screw presses for pressing brick were given. Indicated by the experiment and the appli- cation,the design method has the key effect to the equipment manufacture and operating control.
