摘 要:所选用的典型塑件是一个具有多型腔的壁厚不均匀塑件.其外形轮廓简单、尺寸小,但型腔复杂、壁厚差异大,塑件壁厚最大处可达3mm,而壁后最小处不足0.5mm,薄壁处变形程度大;而且塑件存在脱出方向与开模方向不相同的深凹槽,因此不能强制脱模,必须进行侧向分型才能将塑件顺利脱出模外。采用三维设计软件Pro/E针对塑件的复杂型腔进行各成型零部件及侧抽芯的设计,设计了模具型腔和加载了模架。该设计理念打破了传统的利用二维图对模具进行设计的方法,使整个过程实体化,如果生成数控加工代码,还可以直接连接数控加工中心,完成模具的制造过程,实现无图纸加工,消除了传统的重复加工误差,大大提高了模具的研发与生产效率。It selected typical plastic parts is a multi-cavity plastic parts of uneven thickness. The design concept of breaking the traditional use of two-dimensional map of the mold design ways in which entities of the whole process ,if the code to generate CNC machining can also be directly connected to CNC Machining Center,complete mold manufacturing process to achieve without drawing processing and eliminate duplication of the traditional processing error,which greatly raised the mold R & D and production efficiency.
