摘  要:分析了汽车链的服役条件及其失效形式,探讨了汽车链磨损后的爬高现象,研究了爬高现象对正时系统中张紧器和阻尼器导板设计的影响。研究表明:在设计和安装紧边阻尼板时应考虑不能过长;而链条松边张紧器的曲率半径应根据汽车链的磨损伸长率设计,张紧器工作行程也相应有所变化,这样既有利于在链条使用全过程中张紧作用的有效发挥,又有利于提高容纳磨损伸长的能力以及确保磨损伸长后的链条与张紧板摩擦运动的通畅性。Service conditions and failure mode of automotive chain have been analyzed. The climb phenomenon after chain wear was studied. And the impacts of climb phenomenon on the timing tensioning system and baffler guide plate design have been studied too. The research shows that:in the design and installation of tight side b^fler plate can not be too long;and the curvature radius of tensioning device on the loose edge should be designed based on the wear elongation of automotive chain,and the work travel of tensioning device must be changed corresponding. It will be helpful for the tensioning effective role to play in the full process ,as well as convenient to the ability of accommodating the wear elongation and ensuring that the chain of wear elongation can move smoothly with tension plate friction.
