摘　　要：建设科技基础条件平台门户网站,开展平台门户网站质量评价,特别是信息内容的评价,对于有效管理与控制科技基础条件平台的信息质量,保障并推动国家创新体系建设具有重要而深远的意义。文章以科技信息资源共享平台门户网站建设为例,从信息内容与表现方式两个途径着手,引用信息质量认知方法,通过定性和定量两个方面构建科技信息资源共享平台门户网站质量的评价指标体系,提出评价的标准及等级。Scientific and technical information is a very essential resource in today＇ s society. It plays an irreplaceable important role in science and technology innovation. Information resource integration and sharing is a major trend in the information society. However, as a provider of scientific and technical information, it is very essential to control the information quality in the vast sharing information for the user. Assessment on the information quality on the scientific and technical information resource sharing was discussed in this paper
