摘　　要：介绍了国内甲醇合成催化剂在选型、装填、升温还原、轻负荷、气体净化等方面的应用技术,提出催化剂的应用水平是甲醇合成技术的综合体现,是一个系统工程。提高甲醇催化剂应用水平,除了选择优秀的甲醇合成催化剂以及先进的中、常温精脱硫技术外,还需实现甲醇合成塔的稳定调节及先进的管理和应用技术相配套。An account is given of the technology of use of domestic methanol synthesis catalysts with respect to their type selection, charging, reduction by heating, light load, and gas purification, proposing that their level of application is the comprehensive reflection of the methanol synthesis technology and a kind of systems engineering. In order to raise their level of application, the choice of superior methanol synthesis catalysts and advanced final desulfurization at high and normal temperatures are necessary, as well as the stable adjustment of methanol reactors and advanced management practice conforming with application technology.
