摘 要:研究了离子镀(Ti,Cr)N涂层的组织结构和耐蚀性,经XRD分析表明,(Ti,Cr)N涂层中的Cr原子部分置换TiN晶格中的Ti原子,且部分与N反应生成CrN,Cr2N,或以单质态存在.经耐蚀性分析得知,由于Cr的加入,提高了(Ti,Cr)N涂层的致密度,同时加剧了阴极极化程度,延长了腐蚀原电池的开动过程,从而增强了涂层的耐蚀性.The structure and corrosion-resisting property of the coating of ion plating(Ti,Cr)N are studied in this paper Analyzed with XRD,it is showed that some Cr atoms in the(Ti,Cr)N coating partly replaced Ti atom in the TiN lattice,some react with N to form CrN and Cr 2N,others keep their original existance The experiment on corrosion-resisting property indicates that,due to the introduction of Cr into the(Ti,Cr)N coating,the compactness of the coating is improved,the negative pole is much more polarized,and the starting procedure of the corrosion battery is prolonged,manifests the improvement in corrosion-resisting property of the coating
