摘  要:研制了热处理电炉全自动微机控温柜.采用STD总线工业控制计算机硬件,汉字键盘.屏幕显示,具有热处理工艺曲线的存储及模拟动态跟踪功能.根据热处理电炉的数学模型,采用准连续时间比例调节与功率设定相结合的控温算法.经现场运行,证明本微机控温柜控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,能够在生产现场可靠地连续运行.The title device is introduced,the hardware of which is designed by STD bus standard,and which has the functions of Chinese keyboard,screen displaying and the storing and dynamic simulation tracing of the technology curves of heat treatment According to the mathematical model of the stove,the algorithm of quasi continous time proportion regulating combined with power setting is used Practical test running showed that the device had higher control precision,better disturbance resistance,and can keep running reliably and long-lastingly
