改良水囊的制作及安装在ESWL中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结石至体表距离较近的结石患者在体外冲击波碎石术中的定位方法。方法笔者对水囊的制作和安装进行了改良研究,并对从2008年1月-2009年8月采用该方法进行体外冲击波碎石治疗的126例肾结石、输尿管中段结石、膀胱结石、前尿道结石、胆总管结石的患者进行临床应用研究。结果通过采用本研究对所有结石患者均能准确定位于焦点,顺利完成体外冲击波碎石治疗。结论本研究能使结石至体表距离较近的结石患者准确定位于焦点,顺利完成体外冲击波碎石治疗,方法简单、可行,避免了外科治疗带来的痛苦,减轻了患者的经济负担,是一种值得推广的好方法。Objective To investigate the oriented way on ESWL of the stone patient whose stone to body surface was nearer, Methods 126 patients from January 2008 to August 2009 that sufferred from renal calculi, middle urethral calculi,urinary bladder calculi ,fore urethral calculi and common bile duct calculi were studied and analyzed. Results All patients were accurate oriented and treated with ESWL in this study. Conclusion If the stone was near to body surface, the patient was able to be accurate oriented and treated with ESWL, the patient can relieve the pain from surgery and the expense was reduced. The way was easy and workable and deserve to be spread.Transformation
