摘  要:目的探讨心肌桥患者发生动脉硬化的机制及阿托伐他汀对其影响。方法185例患者根据冠脉造影结果,分为心肌桥组、冠脉狭窄组和对照组,并对心肌桥患者服用阿托伐他汀,检测各组患者及心肌桥患者服用阿托伐他汀前后的细胞粘附因子。结果心肌桥组与冠脉狭窄组相比,sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sE-selectin差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),与对照组相比,sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、sE-selectin差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。心肌桥组患者服药前后相比,sI-CAM-1、sVCAM-1、sE-selectin差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心肌桥患者可有动脉粥样硬化的发生,应积极对心肌桥患者进行干预,服用阿托伐他汀有抗动脉硬化作用。Objective To explore atherosclerotic mechanism and influencing of atorvastatin on cell adhesion molecules in patient with myocardial bridge. Methods 185 patients was divided in three groups by coronary angiography: myocardial bridge group, atherosclerotic group, contrast group. The concentration cell adhesion molecules were measured in all patients. The levels of eell adhesion molecules were measured in before and after taking atorvastatin in patient with myocardial bridge.Results Cell adhesion molecules levels of myocardial bridge patient were significantly higher than those of normal group' s (P 〈 0.01 ). Cell adhesion molecules levels of before taking atorvastatin were significantly higher than those of after taking atorvastatin in myocardial bridge patient (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Atherosclerotic may be associated with myocardial bridge. Atorvastatin :may decrease in the development of atherosclerotic.
