甲亢患者的异常心理状态分析与护理

摘　　要：目的运用心理学知识,对甲亢患者异常心理反应进行分析,及时实施针对性及指导性心理护理,影响和改变患者的不良心理状态和行为。方法回顾2004年1月-2009年6月住院的67例甲亢患者的异常心理表现、心理护理具体措施及过程。结果通过对67例甲亢患者的心理护理,其中64例患者负面心理明显改善,能积极配合治疗。结论减轻了患者因疾病而产生的压力,使患者保持良好心态,学会自我心理疏导,克服不良心理,解除了身心因果关系的恶性循环,重建心理平衡,通过机体生理生化反应,使患者恢复健康。Objective To analyze the abnormal psychological state of patients with hyperthyroidism, perform directional and timely psychological nursing, and improve their bad psychological state and behaviors. Methods The performance of abnormal psychology, and the measure and course of psychological nursing in 67 inpatients with hyperthyroidism for from Jan. 2004 to Jun. 2009 were reviewed. Results The bad psychological states of 64 inpatients were improved by psychological nursing. They could cooperate actively with the treatments. Conclusion The directional psychological nursing can reduce the psychological stress caused by diseases, keep a good psychological state, lean the psychological dredge by self, get rid of bad cycle, rebuild psychological balance, and recover their health by regulating physiological and biochemical reactions.
