摘　　要：目的总结研究皮肤脱色剂的方法。方法简述色素沉着过程,回顾性分析皮肤脱色剂的研究。结果皮肤颜色主要取决于黑素的量和位置,黑素在黑素细胞特有的细胞器即黑素体内生成。成熟的黑素体从黑素细胞的树突转移到邻近的角质形成细胞进行有序降解,含有黑素颗粒的角质形成细胞随着表皮的更替而脱离皮肤,任一环节的障碍都可影响皮肤颜色。用于评估皮肤美白制剂有效性的方法包括生物化学分析、黑素细胞培养、表皮重建、动物模型、临床评估以及无创伤性仪器检测。结论评估皮肤脱色剂的效果,在不同层面需采用不同方法。Objective To summarize the methods for screening depigmenting agents. Methods The process of hyperpigmentation was briefly described, the investigative methods concerning skin depigmenting agents was retrospectively analyzed. Results The skin color mainly resulted from the amount and location of melanin. Melanin was generated in the melanocyte-specific organelles that melanosomes. Mature melanosomes transfered from the dendrites of melanocytes into neighboring keratinocytes,and then degraded orderly. Keratinocytes containing melanin granules detached from the skin with the replacement of the epidermis. The disorder in any one link of the process can affect the skin color. The methods commonly used to assess the efficacy of skin-lightening agents consisted of enzymatic assay, melanocyte culture, reconstruction of epidermis, animal model, clinical assessment and non-invasive detection by using instruments. Conclusion At various levels, the different methods will be used to evaluate the potency of depigmenting agents.
