摘　　要：法治是以人为核心、完善和满足人类自身需要的价值追求,法治的价值不可脱离人的价值去谈论。人的价值在于创造价值,人创造价值的目的是享用价值。法治的价值在于对人创造价值和享用价值的关怀。The rule of law is people--centered and pursues the improvement and satisfaction of human needs. The value of the rule of law cannot be discussed without talking about the value of individuals. The value of individuals lies in creating value and the aim of creating value is enjoying value. The value of the rule of law lies in caring for creating and enjoying value by individuals.
