摘　　要：以人为本思想是中华民族核心价值观的重要内容。中国传统文化中的人本思想对宋代法制具有深刻影响,其主要表现为:(一)重视司法官员的选任和管理;(二)注意改革司法运作机制,便利民众诉讼;(三)因时变法,满足民众要求,适应社会发展。以人为本思想是宋代法制的重要指导思想。The people--centeredness thinking is an important part of the core values of the Chinese nation. The traditional Chinese people--centeredness thinking had a profound affect on the rule of law in the Song Dynasty whose main manifestations were： （a） attaching importance to the selection and management of judicial officialsl （b） taking pains in reforming the judicial functioning mechanisms to facilitate people＇s law suits; and （c） changing the law to adjust to the times, satisfy people＇s demands, and to adapt to social development. The people centeredness thinking is important guiding principle for the rule of law in the Song Dynasty.
