摘　　要：随着网络信息技术的快速发展,学科馆员的工作环境、服务内容、服务对象、服务形式等均发生了新的变化。在Web2.0环境下,应重新对学科馆员进行定位,并审视学科馆员制度建设的必要性,结合实际情况提出学科馆员制度建设的新措施。With the rapid development of information technology, the work environment, service content, service object and service form of subject librarian have chaned a lot. In Web2.0 environment, subject librarian should be re - positioned. Based on the actual situation, this paper put forward the new countermeasures for subject librarian.
