摘　　要：本文结合吉林大学农学部图书馆读者培训问卷调查,分析了目前读者培训存在的几个主要问题,归纳了抓好读者培训工作的几项主要内容,并提出完善读者培训工作的相应措施,以进一步寻求更加合理的读者培训途径和方法。Through a survey to the status of reader training of library of Jilin university agriculture college, The paper analyzed various factors of the existing problems in reader training, Sumed up the main contents for reader training work, improved reader training work measures, to further seek a more reasonable ways and means of reader training.
