摘　　要：本文以企业战略联盟及其发展的生命周期为背景,探讨这一过程中对竞争情报的需求及其重要作用,并以竞争情报理论和企业战略联盟发展过程中竞争情报的应用现状分析为基础,提出战略联盟形成的过程模型,并对战略联盟生命周期中竞争情报获取的稳定性进行了研究。探讨了我国企业在战略联盟结成与联盟关系发展中,开展竞争情报工作的理论意义、现实意义及实现方法。With the background of the importance of the strategic alliance and the competitive intelligence, through thorough study over theories on intelligence and over the characteristics of current competitive intelligence among the existing strategic alliances, this thesis built a model of process by which strategic alliance formed; as well as to study the stabilities of competitive intelligence acquisition in the strategic alliance life cycle. It was to figure out, with the practical significance, some theoretical methods by which Chinese enterprises could undertake competitive intelligence along with strategic alliances in order to achieve Pareto improvement and stability of development, and eventually promote the industrialization progress.
