摘 要:针对大气、海洋环境影响舰载导弹效能的试验数据稀少和获取困难等实际问题,引入信息扩散理论对气象水文要素影响舰载导弹的效能进行了小样本数据的信息扩散及相应的评估建模,建立了导弹打靶效能与环境数据之间的输入-输出评估模型,用该模型可得到风速、风偏角、能见度、浪高等气象水文影响要素与导弹效能之间的模糊推理关系和效能评价输出。研究结果对小样本或不完备信息条件下的武器装备的环境影响评估有一定参考应用意义。Aiming at the actual difficulties of being short of essential experimental data for evaluating the efficiency of atmospheric and oceanic environment influencing shipborne missile, the information diffusion theory was introduced for little-data samples's information extending and correspongding evaluation modeling of atmospheric/oceanic environment influencing shipborne missile, an evaluation model of environmental factors input and missile efficiency output was established. Based on this model, the fuzzy inference and efficiency evaluation mapping relationship between environmental factors (such as wind, wave and visibility etc) and missile efficiency can be gotten, and a corresponding evaluation result were presented. The research idea and technique in this paper may be available suggest and advice for such evaluation problems as in imperfect information condition.
