摘　　要：自2008年5月1日起施行的《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》(以下简称《条例》)实施情况并不乐观。究其原因有很多,政府信息公开方面的配套法律制度不完善,《条例》和相关法律、法规不相衔接是其重要原因之一。显然,单靠一部《条例》单打独斗是不可能担当政府信息公开的重任的,还需完善的配套制度予以保障。Since May 1, 2008, the Regulations on the Openness of Government Information of the P. R. C. （simplified as Regulations） has been administered more than a year. Unluckily, it doesn＇ t work well. There are many reasons related, but the most important ones are the imperfect of the necessary legal system and the non-connection of the Regulation and related laws. Obviously, it is impossible to carry out the task of government information openness just by one law system. We need perfect necessary legal system to guarantee it.
