摘　　要：《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》第78条规定了债权人对迟延付款收取利息的一般权利,但未指明应当适用的利率,不利于公约的统一适用。如今,宗教和政治已不再是阻碍统一利率的因素。为了克服经济发展不平衡带来的困难,公约的缔约国应首先统一本国裁判机构在确定利率问题上的做法,以期在未来对公约的修订中加入一项具体规定,真正实现公约第78条的统一适用。CISG article 78 provides for the general right of creditors to interest on delayed payment,with the rate of interest to be applied missing, which is detrimental to the uniform application of CISG. Nowadays, religion and politics are no longer obstacles that hinder the unification of interest rate. In order to overcome difficulties caused by financial disparity, CISG contracting parties are expected to unify measures adopted by domestic courts and tribunals while fixing interest rate, in the hope of developing a concrete stipulation in future CISG modification and realizing uniform application of CISG article 78.
