摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备改性纳米SiO2/PA6复合塑料,研究了纳米SiO2用量及其粒径对SiO2/PA6复合PA6力学性能、耐热性能和阻隔性能的影响。结果表明:纳米SiO2粒子在纳米SiO2/PA6复合材料中的分散增强了树脂之间的作用力;在一定范围内,随着纳米SiO2用量的增加,改性纳米SiO2/PA6的耐冲击性能、弯曲强度、拉伸强度和耐热性均有一定提高,而纳米SiO2粒径越小,力学性能提高就越显著;当纳米SiO2质量分数为2%~3%时,改性纳米SiO2/PA6透氧性最小,当纳米SiO2质量分数为3%~4%时,改性纳米SiO2/PA6透湿性最小。Modified nano SiO2/PA6 composite plastics were prepared by melt compounding method. The effects of dosage and grain diameter of nano-SiO2 on the mechanics performances,heat resistance and barrier ability of nano-SiO2/ PA6 composite plastics were studied. The results indicated that nano SiO2 particles dispersed in nylon could strengthen the intermolecular force. Within the specific limits, the dent resistance, flexural strength, tensile strength and heat resistance of the modified nano-SiO2 / PA6 could be improved with the dosage of nano- SiO2 increasing. The mechanics performance enhanced more remarkably when the grain diameter of nano-SiO2 became smaller. The results also showed that when the nano SlOe dosage was 2%-3%, the modified nano- SiO2/PA6 had the least oxygen permeability and when the nano-SiO2 dosage was 3 %-4%, the modified nano- SiO2/PA6 had the smallest moisture permeability.
