摘 要:目的探讨仙鹿活骨丸对激素性股骨头坏死(SANFH)模型的组织形态学及微循环的影响,并研究其作用机制。方法将40只家兔随机分为空白对照组,SANFH模型组,仙鹿活骨丸高、中、低3个剂量组,每组8只。用糖皮质激素造成SANFH模型,仙鹿活骨丸高、中、低3个剂量组每日分别灌服该组方混悬液10.0、5.0、2.5ml/kg,模型组与对照组均灌服10ml/kg蒸馏水。观察各组家兔一般形态,于第8周处死全部动物,并进行血液流变学及血脂测定,股骨头组织形态学观察与测定。结果模型组动物一般状态差,骨坏死发生严重,全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯均明显升高,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。应用仙鹿活骨丸后血液流变学及血生化各项指标明显改善,与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);空骨陷窝率较模型组显著降低,且随剂量增加而空骨陷窝率明显降低,组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论仙鹿活骨丸能够改善股骨头血液流变学特性,改善微循环,扭转股骨头缺血状态,促进骨髓修复再生,抑制SANFH的发生与发展。Objective -To Study the impact of bone cents pill deer live on the steroid-induced ostenonecrosis of the femoral head(SANFH) model histomorphology and mieroeireulation, and to study its mechanism: Method Forty rabbits were randomly divided into blank eontrol groups, SANFH model group and live deer, bone cents .Pill, three dosage groups(high, medium and low); groups Were all caused by glueoeortieoid SANFH, Daily dose of model. Salty live deer bone Pill high, medium and low were fed with suspension. 10.0, 5.0, 2.5 ml/kg,model, group arid control group were fed with 10ml/kg distilled water. Rabbits in each group were observed their geperal morphology. status; later, eight weeks, after grouping all animals were sacrificed, and their blood rheology and blood lipids were ,measured, as well the femoral head m.orphology, was Observed and determined.Result In mOdel group, the general status was poor; had severe bone necrosis; whole blood viscosity; plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index,serum-total cholesterol, triglycerides were significantly, increased as compared with the control group (P〈0.01) After application of live deer bone cents Pill hemorrheology and biochemical indexes were improved as compared with the model group signifieantly (P〈0.01); empty bone lacuna rate signitieantly decreased than the model groap;and increased with the dose empty lacunae of bone was significantly reduced, the inter-group difference was -statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Sally pill deer liviog bonecan, could improve blood, rheology characteristics of the femoral' bead improving microeirculation, reversing the femoral head, and, to promote the repair of bodemarrow regeneration, and inhibit the occurrenee and development of SANFH.
