补肺健脾方对哮喘大鼠血、肺泡灌洗液中IL-4、IFN-γ及嗜酸性粒细胞计数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肺健脾方对哮喘大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白介素4(IL-4)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)含量的影响。方法以卵蛋白致敏并吸入激发法制备大鼠哮喘模型,补肺健脾方组从首次激发开始给药治疗,治疗3周后处死大鼠,观察各组大鼠血清及BALF中IFN-γ、IL-4、EOS计数的含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清及BALF中IL-4含量明显增加(P<0.01),IFN-γ含量明显降低(P<0.01),外周血及BALF中EOS明显增加(P<0.01),IFN-γ含量增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),外周血及BALF中EOS明显降低(P<0.01)。结论补肺健脾方可能是通过调节Th1/Th2细胞因子之间的平衡,抑制EOS的趋化,达到治疗哮喘的目的。Objective To investigate the effects of Bufei Jianpi Decoction （functions in tonifying lung and strengthening spleen） on contents of IL-4, IFN-γ and eosinophil count （EOS） in blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） in asthmatic rats. Methods Rats were made asthma with methods of inducing anaphylaxis following intranasal challenge of rat sensitized with ovalbumin. They were given Bufei Jianpi Decotion from the first challenge to 3 weeks later when they were sacrificed. Then, the serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） IFN-γ, IL-4 and eosinophil count （EOS） were measured. Result Compared with that of the normal group, serum and BALF IL-4 of the model group increased significantly（P〈0. 01）, IFN-γ content decreased significantly（P〈0. 01） while eosinophil count （EOS） of peripheral blood and BALF from the model group increased significantly（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of Bufei Jianpi Decoction for asthma may be related with the inhibition of EOS chemotax and the regulation of Th1/Th2 balance.
